Working in the IT field since 1996, Christian founded his first company at the age of 19. After studying theater with Prof. Dr. Susanne Vill in Bayreuth, he trained for two years in social therapeutic role play (STR) according to Adelheid Stein. In 2017 he founded FTT Forensic Discovery GmbH, Bubenheim & Schumann PartG with the Humænergy brand as a management consultancy and has been Managing Director of DeltaPeak GmbH since 2020. In this way, he connects the world of information technology and theater studies in an interdisciplinary manner and enables goal-oriented solutions with a broader view. In his spare time he is a passionate theater actor and table role player, choral and opera singer, pianist and composer. His singing teacher is the opera singer Oliver Pürckhauer. He worked as a cultural reviewer for the Nordbayerisches Kurier for 7 years. He is also working on his doctorate. He is also involved in youth work within the framework of Humænergy . It is not surprising that he feels just as comfortable on the congress stage as he does on the Schaubühne. His dream is to give people the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Miri studied Spanish and economics at the University of Kassel until 2018. After her bachelor’s degree, she worked for a year at the German children’s and youth book publisher Loewe in Bindlach. During this time she was able to develop her literary skills. She has been studying German and Applied Computer Science in Bayreuth since 2019. At Forensic Discovery GmbH she is responsible for the language learning game Gemica , which combines elements of computer role-playing games and point-and-click adventures with classic interlinear translation and implicit learning. Miri’s great passions are books and languages. As a hobby musician, she plays the violin and has been singing in various choirs for several years.

As a frontend and backend JavaScript developer, Kelvin began his development journey in 2015 when he and his two friends decided they could develop realistic solutions for the African continent. The applications were, and still are, designed to create social impact and change the whole perspective of how people interact and relate to each other. His UX/UI journey began much earlier, when he was an undergraduate on campus, earning a few bucks doing graphic design for aspiring politicians and mid-sized companies. He later moved away from there and was able to get a TV station in order, set up the local servers for a betting company, and get involved in several projects. He learned about MenchLink and was excited by the idea, as it aligned with his life goal and was a rewarding challenge for a developer.

Alex looks after the interns and trainees. He is also responsible for the realization of the DRAMATRIX system, for UX design and for the gamification of learning content such as the language game Gemica . As deputy district choir director of the Bayreuth Singers’ Circle in the Franconian Singers’ Association, he is involved in youth and amateur choirs in his free time.
