The applications were, and still are, designed to create social impact and change the whole perspective of how people interact and relate to each other. His UX/UI journey began much earlier, when he was an undergraduate on campus, earning a few bucks doing graphic design for aspiring politicians and mid-sized companies. He later moved away from there and was able to get a TV station in order, set up the local servers for a betting company, and get involved in several projects. He learned about MenchLink and was excited by the idea, as it aligned with his life goal and was a rewarding challenge for a developer.

Computers have always fascinated Janek. Already at age 10 Janek made his first programming experiences with Scratch, since then he has mastered many programming languages, but ultimately got hooked with Haskell and Kotlin under Linux, in which he is the administrator of a couple of systems.He works to ensure that technology serves people: the focus is on the individual and their needs, embedded in a society of mutual trust and respect.He is currently studying software development at CODE University, enjoys playing the piano, and goes jogging and biking to compensate for the long computer time.

Jack is a trained food scientist with knowledge in nutritional sciences. His love of reading was the reason he discovered the field of data science. It quickly became apparent that he has a knack for research and development, particularly the use of data science to develop models that can help improve food security in Kenya by maximizing agricultural production and resource allocation in general.

What began for Dominik with an education as a designer in Krefeld and solidified at the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen, has now become a passion for design, complex applications and concepts. He understands his task as connecting people. He does this as part of a great team and with the partners in his network. Above all, he connects people in digital applications and tries to solve problems that have social relevance on small and large scales.

Torben wanted to do "something with media" early on. He started out using Photoshop to touch up pimples. In 8th grade, he started making short films with a few friends. During his studies in Aachen, he finally focused on the recipients of moving images and app concepts. Research and conception are the most exciting part of the design process for him. His goal is to support people in solving a problem and not to develop "just another app".

Jannik is the head of our Game Unit. In 2020 he founded HighPassionStudios with Florentin and started to develop innovative digital games for different platforms. Within his company, Jannik works as a sound designer, game designer, composer, as well as a project manager. After successfully completing his bachelor's degree in media science and applied computer science in 2021, he focused completely on his game studio, attending conferences, holding workshops at schools, expanding his network, and most importantly, continuing to develop games. With his optimistic and convincing manner and his promising game idea "Dwellink", he managed to gather many professionals and experts around him during this time as well. When the team finally grew big enough to face the ambitious projects, the cooperation with FFT started. Jannik is also active as a musician outside of video games and regularly releases songs from various genres under the pseudonym "The Pulpy Principle".

In the back office he makes sure that the developers can do their work as unhindered. Linus is a cheerful creative and graphic designer of our Game Unit. He has been enriching companies and especially games with his creative services in logo, asset and content creation as a freelancer since 2020. Among others, he worked with Emergo Entertainment on the game Fireside and with HighPassionStudios on various apps and is also continuously involved in other projects of these companies. After his studies of media sciences at the University of Bayreuth, he started his Master in Game Design at the HTW in 2022 to deepen his expertise in the field of games. He passes on this knowledge mainly through workshops at schools and interested students, a passion he would like to live out for a long time to come. He later moved away from there and was able to get a TV station in order, set up the local servers for a betting company, and get involved in several projects. He learned about MenchLink and was excited by the idea, as it aligned with his life goal and was a rewarding challenge for a developer.

Computers have always fascinated Janek. Already at age 10 Janek made his first programming experiences with Scratch, since then he has mastered many programming languages, but ultimately got hooked with Haskell and Kotlin under Linux, in which he is the administrator of a couple of systems.He works to ensure that technology serves people: the focus is on the individual and their needs, embedded in a society of mutual trust and respect.He is currently studying software development at CODE University, enjoys playing the piano, and goes jogging and biking to compensate for the long computer time.

Jack is a trained food scientist with knowledge in nutritional sciences. His love of reading was the reason he discovered the field of data science. It quickly became apparent that he has a knack for research and development, particularly the use of data science to develop models that can help improve food security in Kenya by maximizing agricultural production and resource allocation in general.

What began for Dominik with an education as a designer in Krefeld and solidified at the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen, has now become a passion for design, complex applications and concepts. He understands his task as connecting people. He does this as part of a great team and with the partners in his network. Above all, he connects people in digital applications and tries to solve problems that have social relevance on small and large scales.

Torben wanted to do "something with media" early on. He started out using Photoshop to touch up pimples. In 8th grade, he started making short films with a few friends. During his studies in Aachen, he finally focused on the recipients of moving images and app concepts. Research and conception are the most exciting part of the design process for him. His goal is to support people in solving a problem and not to develop "just another app".

Jannik is the head of our Game Unit. In 2020 he founded HighPassionStudios with Florentin and started to develop innovative digital games for different platforms. Within his company, Jannik works as a sound designer, game designer, composer, as well as a project manager. After successfully completing his bachelor's degree in media science and applied computer science in 2021, he focused completely on his game studio, attending conferences, holding workshops at schools, expanding his network, and most importantly, continuing to develop games. With his optimistic and convincing manner and his promising game idea "Dwellink", he managed to gather many professionals and experts around him during this time as well. When the team finally grew big enough to face the ambitious projects, the cooperation with FFT started. Jannik is also active as a musician outside of video games and regularly releases songs from various genres under the pseudonym "The Pulpy Principle".

Due to his education and continued studies in business informatics, Florentin is responsible for all organizational and contractual tasks of the Game Unit. In the back office he makes sure that the developers can do their work as unhindered. Thanks to his broad knowledge in many business areas, Florentin solves occurring problems with ease, even if they do not necessarily concern the gaming area. During his several years of work experience in different start-ups he was able to gain experience, which he is now implementing professionally at HighPassionStudios.

Linus is a cheerful creative and graphic designer of our Game Unit. He has been enriching companies and especially games with his creative services in logo, asset and content creation as a freelancer since 2020. Among others, he worked with Emergo Entertainment on the game Fireside and with HighPassionStudios on various apps and is also continuously involved in other projects of these companies. After his studies of media sciences at the University of Bayreuth, he started his Master in Game Design at the HTW in 2022 to deepen his expertise in the field of games. He passes on this knowledge mainly through workshops at schools and interested students, a passion he would like to live out for a long time to come. Already during his studies he supported the University of Bayreuth with the organization of events, workshops and lectures in the field of games. If Linus finds time in between, he likes to write down his feelings in lyrics as a hobby musician.

Alex looks after the interns and trainees. He is also responsible for the realization of the DRAMATRIX system, for UX design and for the gamification of learning content such as the language game Gemica . As deputy district choir director of the Bayreuth Singers' Circle in the Franconian Singers' Association, he is involved in youth and amateur choirs in his free time.

Christian is one of our newest members at FTT Forensic Discovery GmbH. He is currently attending the Fachoberschule in Bayreuth and is aiming for his Abitur there. After graduating, he would like to expand his knowledge in the direction of computer science and media design and acquire his trainer licenses, such as a fitness trainer license. During his internship he is creatively involved in the Kickstarter campaign, our language learning app Gemica , and other media design projects. In his spare time he likes to play computer games and regularly trains in strength and martial arts.

After Matt has supported us as a freelancer for more than a year with his eye for detail and his knack for logical structures, he began a dual study program in International Management at the Hof University of Applies Sciences.

As an audio producer, Max enriches the team with his trained ears and skills in digital sound and music production. Max proves his precision not only when setting the equalizer, but also in his media analytical skills, which he demonstrated in his bachelor's degree in media science and media practice. Max also designed workshops on agile working and creative techniques at the University of Bayreuth. The workplace becomes a colorful place simply because of Max's colorful outfits. Apart from that, Max maintains a sustainable lifestyle and enriches every kitchen with his vegan recipes.

Moritz had discovered his love for psychology even before he graduated from high school in 2018.Therefore, he began his studies in the same year with great success and already worked as a co-author on psychological publications during his bachelor's degree.

He supports the FTT with his psychological expertise, which he continues to expand, and with the analysis of company processes, which he always views critically but with a constructive approach. He also supports the evaluation of the employees and trainees, in which he can give a precise and scientifically sound evaluation due to his differential psychological knowledge.

Ian is currently a student at Zetech University in Kenya pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree. He has already completed a few projects there, such as programming a library management system with some of his fellow students. Ian is particularly excited about the connection between cloud computing, Big Data and artificial intelligence that is happening at FTT GmbH, but he caught fire because of our platform MenschLink.

Exploit young potential in a targeted manner

Already in his youth Markus began to take on managerial functions for groups, which he professionalized within the framework of social work and psychology and, in addition to the children and youth sector, also trained corporate customers within the framework of outdoor team building seminars. He is currently working as a licensed child and adolescent psychotherapist and, in addition to his healing mission, puts his energy into the development of future socially sustainable service providers within the framework of Humaenergy. Connections to IT can be found in personal interest, such as the development of learning systems in the gaming industry and as part of the master's thesis on the opportunities and risks of psychotherapeutic video consultations in children and young people. Other notable fields of activity are: careers orientation for young people, public health promotion and working with system crackers.
