Chris star­ted his care­er as a char­te­red accoun­tant in 2005 in one of the lea­ding accoun­tancy firms in Kenya. In 2009 he left the firm and ope­ned his own pri­va­te prac­ti­ce in Kiga­li, Rwan­da, whe­re he was a foun­ding mem­ber of the Insti­tu­te of Char­te­red Accoun­t­ants of Rwan­da. During his ten­u­re at the firm, he advi­sed over five hund­red dif­fe­rent public, pri­va­te and non-govern­men­tal orga­niz­a­ti­ons across the East Afri­can regi­on. He is a foren­sic finan­cial audit expert with various cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons and a reco­gni­zed tax advi­sor with exten­si­ve know­ledge of tax mat­ters for the ent­i­re East Afri­can region.

Shahaf is a full-time start­up mana­ger and has worked with more than 300 star­tups from 21 coun­tries around the world. She is an expert in ear­ly sta­ge star­tups, incu­ba­ti­on and acce­le­ra­ti­on pro­grams, and inno­va­ti­on events with nota­ble guests from the IT indus­try. She has been with us sin­ce Janu­a­ry 2019, whe­re we had the plea­su­re of get­ting to know her as Vice Pre­si­dent of the Eilat Hub, of which we have sin­ce beco­me a part­ner. She ear­ned her bache­lor’s degree with a major in busi­ness from Ben-Gur­i­on Uni­ver­si­ty of the Negev, an aca­de­mic insti­tu­ti­on in sou­thern Isra­el who­se main cam­pus is in Be’er Sheva. 

Adam is an expe­ri­en­ced exe­cu­ti­ve and cer­ti­fied Scrum Mas­ter with exper­ti­se in over­see­ing Scrum teams and digi­tal solu­ti­ons. He cap­tures requi­re­ments for com­plex enter­pri­se pro­jects and can immedia­te­ly pre­sent a pro­fes­sio­nal IT solu­ti­on, deli­vering bre­akthrough tech­no­lo­gies and ensu­ring opti­mal per­for­mance on chal­len­ging pro­jects and tech­ni­cal initia­ti­ves. Adam’s excel­lence in mee­ting stan­dards, qua­li­ty objec­ti­ves and time­li­nes has dri­ven orga­ni­sa­ti­ons, teams and digi­tal solu­ti­ons time and time again. He prio­ri­ti­zes con­flic­ting requi­re­ments as user sto­ries and in adap­ting the solu­ti­on deve­lo­p­ment pro­cess. His track record of suc­cess on various lar­ge pro­jects reflects lea­ding teams, designing methods to over­see ope­ra­ti­ons and ensu­ring regu­la­to­ry com­pli­an­ce. His ana­ly­ti­cal mind and orga­niz­a­tio­nal focus make him a cor­po­ra­te stra­te­gist par excellence.

Anton has 15 years of expe­ri­ence as a deve­lo­per and 10 years as a com­pa­ny and pro­duct mana­ger and com­mu­ni­ty buil­der. In 2011 he foun­ded Fusi­onWorks and the Deve­lo­perMD Com­mu­ni­ty, the lar­gest IT com­mu­ni­ty in Mol­d­o­va. His pas­si­on is deve­lo­ping tech­no­lo­gies, laun­ching new pro­ducts and orga­ni­zing various IT-rela­ted events, the big­gest of which is the Mol­d­o­va Deve­lo­per Con­fe­rence . Anton has co-foun­ded and mana­ged a num­ber of star­tups, most recent­ly iFood and Dely​.IO – the lea­ding food deli­very ser­vice in Mol­d­o­va and its white label solu­ti­on – and Empy​.IO – an all-in-one HR tool. The pro­ducts he directs and deve­lo­ps are used in the EU and US in health­ca­re, e‑commerce, government, edu­ca­ti­on, real esta­te, HR, jour­na­lism, enter­tain­ment and sports.

Boni­face is a trai­ned psy­cho­lo­gist who spends much of his time con­sul­ting with far­mers and agri­busi­nes­ses. His main inte­rest is pro­blem sol­ving with a par­ti­cu­lar focus on food secu­ri­ty and ener­gy issu­es in Kenya and Afri­ca. Boni­face has deve­lo­ped a strong inte­rest in com­pu­ters becau­se tech­no­lo­gy is a tool to sol­ve many pro­blems in our socie­ty. When his time per­mits, he works as a UI/UX desi­gner based on app­ly­ing psy­cho­lo­gi­cal princi­ples to impro­ve user interaction.

As head of Arie­li Ven­tures, Or is respon­si­ble for crea­ting Arie­li’s ear­ly sta­ge growth and invest­ment plat­forms that gene­ra­te high equi­ty port­fo­li­os and invest­ments. Working with lea­ding fami­ly offices, banks, indus­tri­al com­pa­nies, governments and aca­de­mic insti­tu­ti­ons, Or is respon­si­ble for buil­ding inno­va­ti­ve inno­va­ti­on cen­ters and eco­sys­tems in Isra­el, the US, Euro­pe and Chi­na in are­as such as agri­busi­ness, food, oce­an, desert, cli­ma­te, bio and tra­vel tech­no­lo­gies. Or holds a Dis­tin­guis­hed Ser­vice Award from the Com­man­der-in-Chief of the IDF for his ser­vice in the Spe­cial For­ces, as well as a B.A. (Cum Lau­de, Dis­tin­guis­hed Stu­dent Award) in Elec­tro­nic Busi­ness Manage­ment from Domi­ni­can Uni­ver­si­ty of Cali­for­nia and an M.A. in Con­flict Manage­ment and Reso­lu­ti­on from Ben Gur­i­on Uni­ver­si­ty, Isra­el. He has been accom­pany­ing us in com­plex stra­te­gic decisi­ons sin­ce Janu­a­ry 2019, whe­re we had the plea­su­re of mee­ting him as Pre­si­dent of the Eilat Hub, of which we have sin­ce beco­me partners. 

Miri stu­di­ed Spa­nish and eco­no­mics at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Kas­sel until 2018. After her bache­lor’s degree, she worked for a year at the Ger­man child­ren’s and youth book publis­her Loewe in Bind­lach. During this time she was able to deve­lop her litera­ry skills. She has been stu­dy­ing Ger­man and App­lied Com­pu­ter Sci­ence in Bay­reuth sin­ce 2019. At Foren­sic Dis­co­very GmbH she is respon­si­ble for the lan­guage lear­ning game Gemi­ca , which com­bi­nes ele­ments of com­pu­ter role-play­ing games and point-and-click adven­tures with clas­sic inter­li­ne­ar trans­la­ti­on and impli­cit lear­ning. Miri’s gre­at pas­si­ons are books and lan­guages. As a hob­by musi­ci­an, she plays the vio­lin and has been sin­ging in various choirs for several years.

Roy is a soft­ware engi­neer and has been part of the tech indus­try sin­ce 2007 and has been doing front­end way befo­re it was cool. He is a UI enthu­si­ast focu­sed on imple­men­ting the smoot­hest designs for web app­li­ca­ti­on libra­ries, ani­ma­ti­ons, and UI frame­works. In his spa­re time, he prac­ti­ces yoga, collects records, and has a collec­tion of rare vin­ta­ge audio artifacts.

What began for Domi­nik with an edu­ca­ti­on as a desi­gner in Kre­feld and soli­di­fied at the Uni­ver­si­ty of App­lied Sci­en­ces in Aachen, has now beco­me a pas­si­on for design, com­plex app­li­ca­ti­ons and con­cepts. He under­stands his task as con­nec­ting peop­le. He does this as part of a gre­at team and with the part­ners in his net­work. Abo­ve all, he con­nects peop­le in digi­tal app­li­ca­ti­ons and tri­es to sol­ve pro­blems that have social rele­van­ce on small and lar­ge scales. 

Jan­nik is the head of our Game Unit. In 2020 he foun­ded High­Pas­si­onStu­di­os with Flo­ren­tin and star­ted to deve­lop inno­va­ti­ve digi­tal games for dif­fe­rent plat­forms. Wit­hin his com­pa­ny, Jan­nik works as a sound desi­gner, game desi­gner, com­po­ser, as well as a pro­ject mana­ger. After suc­cess­ful­ly com­ple­ting his bache­lor’s degree in media sci­ence and app­lied com­pu­ter sci­ence in 2021, he focu­sed com­ple­te­ly on his game stu­dio, atten­ding con­fe­ren­ces, hol­ding work­shops at schools, expan­ding his net­work, and most import­ant­ly, con­ti­nuing to deve­lop games. With his opti­mistic and con­vin­cing man­ner and his pro­mi­sing game idea „Dwell­ink”, he mana­ged to gather many pro­fes­sio­nals and experts around him during this time as well. When the team final­ly grew big enough to face the ambi­tious pro­jects, the coope­ra­ti­on with FFT star­ted. Jan­nik is also acti­ve as a musi­ci­an out­side of video games and regu­lar­ly relea­ses songs from various gen­res under the pseud­onym „The Pul­py Principle”.
