Chris started his career as a chartered accountant in 2005 in one of the leading accountancy firms in Kenya. In 2009 he left the firm and opened his own private practice in Kigali, Rwanda, where he was a founding member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Rwanda. During his tenure at the firm, he advised over five hundred different public, private and non-governmental organizations across the East African region. He is a forensic financial audit expert with various certifications and a recognized tax advisor with extensive knowledge of tax matters for the entire East African region.

Adam is an experienced executive and certified Scrum Master with expertise in overseeing Scrum teams and digital solutions. He captures requirements for complex enterprise projects and can immediately present a professional IT solution, delivering breakthrough technologies and ensuring optimal performance on challenging projects and technical initiatives. Adam’s excellence in meeting standards, quality objectives and timelines has driven organisations, teams and digital solutions time and time again. He prioritizes conflicting requirements as user stories and in adapting the solution development process. His track record of success on various large projects reflects leading teams, designing methods to oversee operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. His analytical mind and organizational focus make him a corporate strategist par excellence.

Franklin is constantly expanding his own horizons. As part of his studies in actuarial mathematics at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), he became particularly familiar with the modeling of life events in R and in his second degree at the Kenya College of Accountancy (KCA), where he received the title of Certified Public Accountant, he made Python his next passion. The privilege of working in the National Treasury taught him the value of good communication, thorough work and diligence, and most importantly, good interpersonal problem solving. As Franklin ventured into his own startup, he learned to be risk-averse, build a capable team, and most importantly, be flexible and agile.

Denis has been working in the IT industry since 2007. He has filled a variety of roles in the field and realized that becoming a top-level product manager is a winning stretegy. He has experience in Sales and Customer Success, worked in Development for 4 years, did IT technical product and project management for 8 years and worked in Analytics for 3 years. Denis understands the perspectives and competencies of different stakeholders – customers, product requirements, management, development team and marketing – and he knows how to combine these interests into a core idea and strategic vector.

Due to his education and continued studies in business informatics, Florentin is responsible for all organizational and contractual tasks of the Game Unit. In the back office he makes sure that the developers can do their work as unhindered. Thanks to his broad knowledge in many business areas, Florentin solves occurring problems with ease, even if they do not necessarily concern the gaming area. During his several years of work experience in different start-ups he was able to gain experience, which he is now implementing professionally at HighPassionStudios.

Alex looks after the interns and trainees. He is also responsible for the realization of the DRAMATRIX system, for UX design and for the gamification of learning content such as the language game Gemica . As deputy district choir director of the Bayreuth Singers’ Circle in the Franconian Singers’ Association, he is involved in youth and amateur choirs in his free time.

After Matt has supported us as a freelancer for more than a year with his eye for detail and his knack for logical structures, he began a dual study program in International Management at the Hof University of Applies Sciences.
