Micha­el and Chris­ti­an met in New York at the UN after a con­cert for inter­na­tio­nal under­stan­ding, in which Chris­ti­an had sung as bass for the Bay­reuth choir and Micha­el had flown along as mayor of the city of Bay­reuth as patron of the choir. At a late hour in a bar befo­re the return flight, it was, „Are we going to bed or are we going to pull an all-nigh­ter?” Micha­el and Chris­ti­an imme­dia­te­ly cli­cked and hat­ched a plan tog­e­ther to save huma­ni­ty. With the pro­ject Unter­neh­mer­land, a visi­on of streng­thening regio­nal small and medi­um-sized busi­nesses, Micha­el struck a chord with Chris­ti­an and thus beca­me a foun­ding mem­ber of FTT Foren­sic Dis­co­very GmbH. The Unter­neh­mer­land pro­ject has now been ful­ly absor­bed into our Mensch­Link pro­ject, but has lost none of its ori­gi­nal aim, which is to con­nect entre­pre­neurs in the regi­on and pool their strengths to make a bet­ter life for ever­yo­ne in the regi­on. This has been the gui­ding prin­ci­ple throug­hout Michael’s life. In his office as mayor of the city of Bay­reuth, for exam­p­le, he estab­lished dou­ble-ent­ry book­kee­ping and set up a youth par­lia­ment. Last but not least, and true to his gui­ding prin­ci­ple, as a lawy­er he natu­ral­ly does­n’t lea­ve his cli­ents out in the cold.

Ralph is in the idea busi­ness. He gene­ra­tes, imple­ments and com­mu­ni­ca­tes ide­as as a pro­ject foun­der, con­sul­tant, aut­hor and spea­k­er for crea­ti­vi­ty and com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on. Now working on his fourth start­up, he has aut­ho­red and pro­du­ced around thir­ty books and works with cor­po­ra­ti­ons, edu­ca­tors and entre­pre­neurs at the inter­sec­tion of busi­ness, art and technology.

As co-foun­der of FTT Foren­sic Dis­co­very GmbH, Wolf­ram has accom­pa­nied us in an advi­so­ry capa­ci­ty from the very begin­ning, espe­ci­al­ly on lea­der­ship issues and with regard to our entre­pre­neu­ri­al stra­tegy. Wolf­ram is an expe­ri­en­ced mana­ger, con­sul­tant and a true prag­ma­tist with a focus on sus­tainable opti­miza­ti­on and com­pe­ti­ti­ve­ness, inter­na­tio­nal expan­si­on expe­ri­ence as well as lea­der­ship of teams world­wi­de and on-site in Euro­pe. As a goal-ori­en­ted and authen­tic team play­er, as a pro­mo­ter of young talent, skip­per, win­ter cam­per, ski moun­tai­neer and vio­la play­er, he ide­al­ly matches the adven­tur­ous-artis­tic ori­en­ta­ti­on of many of our fel­low team mem­bers. Wolf­ram has a pro­ven track record in agi­le mid-sized fami­ly busi­nesses and has work­ed as an exe­cu­ti­ve-level con­sul­tant for over 10 years, inclu­ding at Vil­leroy & Boch, WEPA, Manage­ment Part­ner and Sala­man­der. He ear­ned his doc­to­ra­te in eco­no­mics from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Bayreuth. 

Chris star­ted his care­er as a char­te­red accoun­tant in 2005 in one of the lea­ding accoun­tancy firms in Kenya. In 2009 he left the firm and ope­ned his own pri­va­te prac­ti­ce in Kiga­li, Rwan­da, whe­re he was a foun­ding mem­ber of the Insti­tu­te of Char­te­red Accoun­tants of Rwan­da. During his ten­ure at the firm, he advi­sed over five hundred dif­fe­rent public, pri­va­te and non-govern­men­tal orga­niza­ti­ons across the East Afri­can regi­on. He is a foren­sic finan­cial audit expert with various cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons and a reco­gni­zed tax advi­sor with exten­si­ve know­ledge of tax mat­ters for the enti­re East Afri­can region.

Shahaf is a full-time start­up mana­ger and has work­ed with more than 300 start­ups from 21 count­ries around the world. She is an expert in ear­ly stage start­ups, incu­ba­ti­on and acce­le­ra­ti­on pro­grams, and inno­va­ti­on events with nota­ble guests from the IT indus­try. She has been with us sin­ce Janu­ary 2019, whe­re we had the plea­su­re of get­ting to know her as Vice Pre­si­dent of the Eilat Hub, of which we have sin­ce beco­me a part­ner. She ear­ned her bachelor’s degree with a major in busi­ness from Ben-Guri­on Uni­ver­si­ty of the Negev, an aca­de­mic insti­tu­ti­on in sou­thern Isra­el who­se main cam­pus is in Be’er Sheva. 

Adam is an expe­ri­en­ced exe­cu­ti­ve and cer­ti­fied Scrum Mas­ter with exper­ti­se in over­see­ing Scrum teams and digi­tal solu­ti­ons. He cap­tures requi­re­ments for com­plex enter­pri­se pro­jects and can imme­dia­te­ly pre­sent a pro­fes­sio­nal IT solu­ti­on, deli­ve­ring breakth­rough tech­no­lo­gies and ensu­ring opti­mal per­for­mance on chal­len­ging pro­jects and tech­ni­cal initia­ti­ves. Adam’s excel­lence in mee­ting stan­dards, qua­li­ty objec­ti­ves and time­lines has dri­ven orga­ni­sa­ti­ons, teams and digi­tal solu­ti­ons time and time again. He prio­ri­ti­zes con­flic­ting requi­re­ments as user sto­ries and in adap­ting the solu­ti­on deve­lo­p­ment pro­cess. His track record of suc­cess on various lar­ge pro­jects reflects lea­ding teams, desig­ning methods to over­see ope­ra­ti­ons and ensu­ring regu­la­to­ry com­pli­ance. His ana­ly­ti­cal mind and orga­niza­tio­nal focus make him a cor­po­ra­te stra­te­gist par excellence.

Anton has 15 years of expe­ri­ence as a deve­lo­per and 10 years as a com­pa­ny and pro­duct mana­ger and com­mu­ni­ty buil­der. In 2011 he foun­ded Fusi­onWorks and the Deve­lo­perMD Com­mu­ni­ty, the lar­gest IT com­mu­ni­ty in Mol­do­va. His pas­si­on is deve­lo­ping tech­no­lo­gies, laun­ching new pro­ducts and orga­ni­zing various IT-rela­ted events, the big­gest of which is the Mol­do­va Deve­lo­per Con­fe­rence . Anton has co-foun­ded and mana­ged a num­ber of start­ups, most recent­ly iFood and Dely​.IO – the lea­ding food deli­very ser­vice in Mol­do­va and its white label solu­ti­on – and Empy​.IO – an all-in-one HR tool. The pro­ducts he directs and deve­lo­ps are used in the EU and US in health­ca­re, e‑commerce, govern­ment, edu­ca­ti­on, real estate, HR, jour­na­lism, enter­tain­ment and sports.

Boni­face is a trai­ned psy­cho­lo­gist who spends much of his time con­sul­ting with far­mers and agri­busi­nesses. His main inte­rest is pro­blem sol­ving with a par­ti­cu­lar focus on food secu­ri­ty and ener­gy issues in Kenya and Afri­ca. Boni­face has deve­lo­ped a strong inte­rest in com­pu­ters becau­se tech­no­lo­gy is a tool to sol­ve many pro­blems in our socie­ty. When his time per­mits, he works as a UI/UX desi­gner based on app­ly­ing psy­cho­lo­gi­cal prin­ci­ples to impro­ve user interaction.

As head of Arie­li Ven­tures, Or is respon­si­ble for crea­ting Arieli’s ear­ly stage growth and invest­ment plat­forms that gene­ra­te high equi­ty port­fo­li­os and invest­ments. Working with lea­ding fami­ly offices, banks, indus­tri­al com­pa­nies, govern­ments and aca­de­mic insti­tu­ti­ons, Or is respon­si­ble for buil­ding inno­va­ti­ve inno­va­ti­on cen­ters and eco­sys­tems in Isra­el, the US, Euro­pe and Chi­na in are­as such as agri­busi­ness, food, oce­an, desert, cli­ma­te, bio and tra­vel tech­no­lo­gies. Or holds a Distin­gu­is­hed Ser­vice Award from the Com­man­der-in-Chief of the IDF for his ser­vice in the Spe­cial Forces, as well as a B.A. (Cum Lau­de, Distin­gu­is­hed Stu­dent Award) in Elec­tro­nic Busi­ness Manage­ment from Domi­ni­can Uni­ver­si­ty of Cali­for­nia and an M.A. in Con­flict Manage­ment and Reso­lu­ti­on from Ben Guri­on Uni­ver­si­ty, Isra­el. He has been accom­pany­ing us in com­plex stra­te­gic decis­i­ons sin­ce Janu­ary 2019, whe­re we had the plea­su­re of mee­ting him as Pre­si­dent of the Eilat Hub, of which we have sin­ce beco­me partners. 

Moritz had dis­co­ver­ed his love for psy­cho­lo­gy even befo­re he gra­dua­ted from high school in 2018.
The­r­e­fo­re, he began his stu­dies in the same year with gre­at suc­cess and alre­a­dy work­ed as a co-aut­hor on psy­cho­lo­gi­cal publi­ca­ti­ons during his bachelor’s degree.

He sup­ports the FTT with his psy­cho­lo­gi­cal exper­ti­se, which he con­ti­nues to expand, and with the ana­ly­sis of com­pa­ny pro­ces­ses, which he always views cri­ti­cal­ly but with a con­s­truc­ti­ve approach. He also sup­ports the eva­lua­ti­on of the employees and trai­nees, in which he can give a pre­cise and sci­en­ti­fi­cal­ly sound eva­lua­ti­on due to his dif­fe­ren­ti­al psy­cho­lo­gi­cal knowledge.

Exploit young poten­ti­al in a tar­ge­ted manner

Alre­a­dy in his youth Mar­kus began to take on mana­ge­ri­al func­tions for groups, which he pro­fes­sio­na­li­zed within the frame­work of social work and psy­cho­lo­gy and, in addi­ti­on to the child­ren and youth sec­tor, also trai­ned cor­po­ra­te cus­to­mers within the frame­work of out­door team buil­ding semi­nars. He is curr­ent­ly working as a licen­sed child and ado­le­s­cent psy­cho­the­ra­pist and, in addi­ti­on to his heal­ing mis­si­on, puts his ener­gy into the deve­lo­p­ment of future soci­al­ly sus­tainable ser­vice pro­vi­ders within the frame­work of Humaener­gy. Con­nec­tions to IT can be found in per­so­nal inte­rest, such as the deve­lo­p­ment of lear­ning sys­tems in the gam­ing indus­try and as part of the master’s the­sis on the oppor­tu­ni­ties and risks of psy­cho­the­ra­peu­tic video con­sul­ta­ti­ons in child­ren and young peo­p­le. Other nota­ble fields of acti­vi­ty are: care­ers ori­en­ta­ti­on for young peo­p­le, public health pro­mo­ti­on and working with sys­tem crackers.
