Working in the IT field sin­ce 1996, Chris­ti­an foun­ded his first com­pa­ny at the age of 19. After stu­dy­ing thea­ter with Prof. Dr. Susan­ne Vill in Bay­reuth, he trai­ned for two years in social the­ra­peu­tic role play (STR) accor­ding to Adel­heid Stein. In 2017 he foun­ded FTT Foren­sic Dis­co­very GmbH, Buben­heim & Schu­mann PartG with the Humæ­ner­gy brand as a manage­ment con­sul­tancy and has been Mana­ging Direc­tor of Del­ta­Peak GmbH sin­ce 2020. In this way, he con­nects the world of infor­ma­ti­on tech­no­lo­gy and thea­ter stu­dies in an inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry man­ner and enables goal-ori­en­ted solu­ti­ons with a broa­der view. In his spa­re time he is a pas­sio­na­te thea­ter actor and table role play­er, cho­ral and ope­ra sin­ger, pia­nist and com­po­ser. His sin­ging tea­cher is the ope­ra sin­ger Oli­ver Pürck­hau­er. He work­ed as a cul­tu­ral review­er for the Nord­baye­ri­sches Kurier for 7 years. He is also working on his doc­to­ra­te. He is also invol­ved in youth work within the frame­work of Humæ­ner­gy . It is not sur­pri­sing that he feels just as com­for­ta­ble on the con­gress stage as he does on the Schau­büh­ne. His dream is to give peo­p­le the oppor­tu­ni­ty to reach their full potential.

The IT spe­cia­list for appli­ca­ti­on deve­lo­p­ment, Phil star­ted expe­ri­men­ting with an i386DX at the age of 6. At the age of 10 Phil wro­te his first DOS scripts, at the age of 13 he has his first small pro­gram under Win­dows 95 in BASIC. After excur­si­ons into the phy­sics and eth­no­lo­gy cour­ses and a time in the secu­ri­ty ser­vice, who­se night shifts were ide­al for pro­gramming, he joi­n­ed the just one and a half year old start­up in 2019. As head of IT at FTT Foren­sic Dis­co­very GmbH, he is also respon­si­ble for the admi­nis­tra­ti­on of the DE-CIX ser­ver in Frankfurt/Main and the pro­gramming of soft­ware pro­jects. He sup­ports the trai­nees in tech­ni­cal ques­ti­ons about the backend. A healt­hy mind resi­des in a healt­hy body. Phil is a trai­ned Krav Maga trai­ner and is pas­sio­na­te about device trai­ning. He also deals inten­si­ve­ly with all fields of natu­ral sci­ence, the histo­ry of the Midd­le Ages and its fight­ing tech­ni­ques as well as table role­play­ing. He sings as a bass in his brot­her Alex’s choir.

Tim is a gene­ra­list and crea­ti­ve mind. As a came­ra­man and pro­fes­sio­nal dro­ne pilot and with his wide ran­ge of know­ledge, he sup­ports FTT GmbH in con­tent pro­duc­tion. In addi­ti­on to his pas­si­on for film­ma­king, he is dedi­ca­ting hims­elf to his master’s degree in media cul­tu­re and thea­ter edu­ca­ti­on. As an all-roun­der, he likes to face chal­lenges and throws hims­elf respon­si­bly into new projects.

Frank­lin is con­stant­ly expan­ding his own hori­zons. As part of his stu­dies in actua­ri­al mathe­ma­tics at the Jomo Ken­yat­ta Uni­ver­si­ty of Agri­cul­tu­re and Tech­no­lo­gy (JKUAT), he beca­me par­ti­cu­lar­ly fami­li­ar with the mode­ling of life events in R and in his second degree at the Kenya Col­lege of Accoun­tancy (KCA), whe­re he recei­ved the title of Cer­ti­fied Public Accoun­tant, he made Python his next pas­si­on. The pri­vi­le­ge of working in the Natio­nal Tre­asu­ry taught him the value of good com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on, tho­rough work and dili­gence, and most important­ly, good inter­per­so­nal pro­blem sol­ving. As Frank­lin ven­tu­red into his own start­up, he lear­ned to be risk-aver­se, build a capa­ble team, and most important­ly, be fle­xi­ble and agile.

Miri stu­di­ed Spa­nish and eco­no­mics at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Kas­sel until 2018. After her bachelor’s degree, she work­ed for a year at the Ger­man children’s and youth book publisher Loe­we in Bind­lach. During this time she was able to deve­lop her lite­ra­ry skills. She has been stu­dy­ing Ger­man and Appli­ed Com­pu­ter Sci­ence in Bay­reuth sin­ce 2019. At Foren­sic Dis­co­very GmbH she is respon­si­ble for the lan­guage lear­ning game Gemi­ca , which com­bi­nes ele­ments of com­pu­ter role-play­ing games and point-and-click adven­tures with clas­sic inter­li­ne­ar trans­la­ti­on and impli­cit lear­ning. Miri’s gre­at pas­si­ons are books and lan­guages. As a hob­by musi­ci­an, she plays the vio­lin and has been sin­ging in various choirs for seve­ral years.

Com­pu­ters have always fasci­na­ted Janek. Alre­a­dy at age 10 Janek made his first pro­gramming expe­ri­en­ces with Scratch, sin­ce then he has mas­te­red many pro­gramming lan­guages, but ulti­m­ate­ly got hoo­ked with Has­kell and Kot­lin under Linux, in which he is the admi­nis­tra­tor of a cou­ple of systems.

He works to ensu­re that tech­no­lo­gy ser­ves peo­p­le: the focus is on the indi­vi­du­al and their needs, embedded in a socie­ty of mutu­al trust and respect.

He is curr­ent­ly stu­dy­ing soft­ware deve­lo­p­ment at CODE Uni­ver­si­ty, enjoys play­ing the pia­no, and goes jog­ging and biking to com­pen­sa­te for the long com­pu­ter time.

Alex looks after the interns and trai­nees. He is also respon­si­ble for the rea­liza­ti­on of the DRAMATRIX sys­tem, for UX design and for the gami­fi­ca­ti­on of lear­ning con­tent such as the lan­guage game Gemi­ca . As depu­ty dis­trict choir direc­tor of the Bay­reuth Sin­gers’ Cir­cle in the Fran­co­ni­an Sin­gers’ Asso­cia­ti­on, he is invol­ved in youth and ama­teur choirs in his free time.
